At Miners & Mules, our mission is to bring you the best quality rocks and minerals at the best prices.
Our History
Wayne Chartier, a partner at Miners & Mules, has an extensive background in mineral expertise. He moved to Bisbee, AZ in 1969, where he first started to learn about minerals. In 1989, Wayne went to work for Phelps-Dodge, where he stayed for 13 years. He was known as the inspector during his time there as they would send him out to find the zones that they should collect the minerals in. He worked as an underground tour guide in Tombstone for the consolidated mine tours, which led to him leasing the original Tombstone Mine for about four and a half years. Wayne worked with Rodger Weller at Cochise College to collect and document rare materials. He now has two mining claims. If you're interested in learning more, feel free to stop in!
